The President’s Cabinet serves as the senior leadership team of Iowa Lakes Community College. This group provides strategic direction, oversight, and collaboration across all areas of the college to ensure alignment with the institution’s mission, vision, and strategic priorities. Cabinet members lead key divisions and departments, working together to foster student success, operational excellence, and community engagement.

The Cabinet is chaired by the College President and includes senior leaders overseeing academic affairs, finance, student services, administration, human resources, marketing, and foundation and governmental affairs. Together, the President’s Cabinet functions as the core decision-making body for institutional planning, policy development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
